Return of the Customer – Commercial Solar Attracts Returning Customers Looking to Further Reduce Energy Costs
Regardless of industry, businesses have felt the impact of energy prices in Australia over recent years. Energy has become a critical operational cost whereas a few years ago it sat towards the bottom of the list for most businesses.
It is hardly a surprise therefore, that business owners are increasingly turning to self-generated power from commercial solar in order to keep the cost of this essential overhead down.
For many years now, Todae Solar, has been helping business owners from large corporates to SME’s make the necessary savings, with the installation of hundreds of commercial solar systems nationwide.
The first half of 2018 saw many of Todae Solar’s customers return to increase their solar capability either with new systems at additional sites or with extensions of their current systems. Having seen the savings it is no surprise that these customers are coming back for more. These returning customer range from large corporates to SME’s.
After installing a number of systems in Victoria for Schneider Electric previously, Todae Solar is currently installing another five systems for the multi-national firm. Similar, St Vincent’s Health Australia returned to Todae Solar to install additional systems after a successful rollout of more the 2MW in 2016/2017. Todae Solar is currently in the process of completing their fourth system for Accor with an array for a hospitality leader in the Barossa Valley.
SME’s across the country have also returned for additional systems, including Hume Doors & Timber for a third system, as well as Bushland Health Group and Doug Hall Poultry both returning for their fourth system respectively.
With solar becoming so affordable, councils and government bodies are also turning to Todae Solar to reduce their energy costs, with clients such as Wollongong and Wyndham City Councils installing multiple systems.
With the list of returning companies growing by the month, it is hard to argue against any positive gains companies and business stand to secure from the installation of a solar system.
Todae Solar commends and congratulates these organisations on a nimble transition to solar power in light of high energy prices and a more challenging energy landscape for networks and utilities.
