According to the Clean Energy Council’s (CEC) Solar Accreditation website, Todae Solar has won more CEC Solar Design and Installation Awards than any company in Australia. Now, for the fifth time, Todae Solar has been selected as a finalist in the 2017 CEC Solar Design and Installation Awards – in both the 30-240kW category and the over 240kW category. The Solar Design and Installation Awards are Australia’s premier solar awards, recognising excellence in the design and installation of Australian solar projects.
“We are really pleased with the recognition of the hard work, dedication, quality, and professionalism of our design and installation team by the Clean Energy Council,” says Todae Solar CEO, Danin Kahn. “To be selected as a dual-finalist shows that Todae Solar continues to set the bar for the industry and demonstrates the importance of quality to customers when it comes to solar installations.”
Under Todae Solar’s award-winning team, the 100kW rooftop, chemically-anchored solar installation for Sydney Quay Grand was selected for the 30-240kW category. This now iconic commercial solar system has raised the profile of solar energy in Australia as it boasts one of the best views on earth, between the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.
Todae Solar’s 421kW ground mount installation at renowned winery, Australia Vintage in Buronga, New South Wales, was chosen as a finalist for the over 240kW category. Through technical and engineering excellence, Todae Solar will have installed a total of 1.65MW of solar power over the course of four years in four stages, making the Australian Vintage project one of the premier case studies for quality in large scale distributed generation and ground mounted solar installations.
The submission for the 2017 CEC Solar Design and Installation Awards is specifically for the third stage of this project, wherein the Todae Solar Engineering Department again put forth an exceptional and innovative technical design involving high-efficiency panels and a custom, zero-export control that was skilfully executed by Todae Solar’s Installation Team.
These projects will now join other Todae Solar finalists and winners of the coveted CEC Design and Installation Awards such as the 100kW Ground Mount System at Malic Properties, 43kW Installation at Parliament House, 162kW Installation at Hindmarsh Living, and 200kW System at Utick.
Todae Solar thanks the Clean Energy Council for these prestigious nominations and congratulates all other finalists. The Todae Solar is proud to be leading the solar industry, which year and year continues to innovate and shift the energy landscape in Australia.
